PRICE For smaller jobs , a good description of the work to be done should avoid an advance site visit.£35 for the first hour minimum charge £10 per half-hour thereafter. No call out fee
These charges are for labour only (materials will be charged at cost) and apply Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Outside of these times a 50% surcharge will apply. For larger jobs, a site visit will be necessary and a charge of £20 will be made (This amount will be deducted from the final cost of the work).Work will either be priced as a price per job (written estimate given) or at a daily rate as follows: £120 for the first day £100 per day for days 2 & 3 £90 per day thereafter

Payment Payment for small jobs will be due on completion. For larger jobs payment terms will be agreed in advance All payments to be made by cash or cheque |
